Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising out of or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through standard arbitration protocols shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Cuttack, Odisha, India, unless mandatory local consumer protection statutes in your country of residence explicitly dictate the application of non-waivable regional rights.
