Shipping Scope

Montavra Global serves a worldwide audience. Our Digital Products are available globally with instant delivery. Our Physical Products are currently available for shipping across India and select International destinations.

Digital Delivery

All digital products (Notion templates, e-books, guides) are delivered instantly. Upon successful payment, an automated email containing your secure download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Order Processing

Physical item orders take 1-3 Business Days to process before they ship out. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Transit Times

United States & Canada: 7-12 Business Days

United Kingdom & Europe: 7-12 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 Business Days

Rest of World: 10-20 Business Days

Shipping Policies

Split Shipments: If you order multiple physical items, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates, as they may be sourced from different global fulfillment centers.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package.

Failed Delivery: Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Customs, Duties & Lost Packages

International Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must report it to us at support@montavraglobal.com within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
